System security and user impersonation

If your system hosts multiple client silos, two areas of administration can be granted at the system rather than the client level.

1. The first area is the ability to set up User Impersonation. This allows support staff or administrators to create Logons that can be used to impersonate any other user on the system.
2. The second area is the ability to create Logons across all clients with a system Logon.

There is no user interface in Campaign Manager to set up these configurations, you must set them up directly in the SQL's Auth Database. Therefore, it is important to be familiar with SQL.
